Ditch the school vibes because this pizza party’s strictly 18+ and 100% Roman revelry. This isn’t your average cooking class; it’s a flour-dusted, Spritz-fuelled, limoncello-laced evening where dough flies and inhibitions drop. 

We’ll meet in our centrally located kitchen, just a stone’s throw away from the Colosseum. Here you’ll roll up your sleeves and roll out your dance moves as a local chef and party host takes you through the art of pizza making with famous Italian flair. You’ll knead, stretch, and top your pie while sipping spritz and vibing to the playlist. When the dough hits the oven, the real fun starts: think Italian cocktails, new friends, and maybe a spontaneous conga line through the kitchen. 

Learn to make and Aperol and Hugo Spritz and once everything’s baked, we’ll toast with a Limoncello Spritz and sit down to enjoy a homemade meal. Oh, and did we mention you’ll get a secret shot too? Who knows? After mingling with fellow travellers you just might meet your new travel bestie.

Do I need cooking experience to join the class?

Not at all! Whether you’ve never boiled water or you’re a master chef, this class is designed for all levels. Our chefs will guide you step by step so you’ll leave with a handmade pizza you’ll be proud of.

Can children join the class?

Since this class includes mixology, it’s mainly for adults. If you’re looking for something family-friendly, we recommend our Pizza & Tiramisu class instead.

Is this a vegetarian-friendly class?

Absolutely! We offer plenty of fresh, veggie toppings so you can create your perfect pizza. Please note we can’t accommodate gluten-free, vegan, or celiac diets. If you have other dietary needs, let us know in advance so we can prepare.

How many people are in a typical class?

Our kitchen is cosy, so we keep groups small, a maximum of 15 guests, to make sure everyone is comfortable and gets personal attention.

What should we wear in class?

We’ll provide aprons, but cooking can get a little messy! Wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting flour on. Just bring yourself and your appetite, we’ll handle the rest.

Do we get the recipes?

Yes! After class, you’ll receive digital recipes for both the pizza and spritz so you can recreate the Roman flavours back home.

Can we book a private class?

Definitely. If you’d like a more exclusive experience, we offer a range of private experiences like walking tours, cooking classes, and food tours.

Do we eat what we make?

Of course! The best part of the class is enjoying your homemade pizza, paired with a refreshing spritz (or two).

What is included in the price?

We've got everything you need: all ingredients, equipment, aprons, alcohol, expert guidance from your chef, and digital recipes to take home.

How long is the class?

The class is about 3 hours, plenty of time to cook, sip, laugh, and make new friends.

What if I don't drink alcohol?

No problem! We’ve got alcohol-free alternatives so everyone can enjoy the experience, with or without the buzz.
