Cancellation Policy

At Tipsy Tours, part of Global Experiences LTD, we strive to provide an enjoyable and seamless experience for all our guests. However, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate these changes while ensuring the sustainability of our operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Standard Cancellation Policy

For most tours, guests who cancel their reservation 24 hours or more before departure may be eligible for a refund or may choose to rebook for another available date, subject to availability.

For Colosseum tours, guests who cancel their reservation 72 hours or more before departure may be eligible for a refund or may choose to rebook for another available date, subject to availability.

Guests who cancel outside of the applicable cancellation window are not eligible for a refund and will forfeit 100% of their payment, unless Trip Protection was purchased and the booking is eligible under the Trip Protection terms.

Trip Protection

Trip Protection gives guests added flexibility. If Trip Protection is purchased, eligible guests may change their booking or request a refund up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

Trip Protection applies to eligible products only. It does not apply to Colosseum products or private products. For these excluded products, the standard cancellation policy applies.

If Trip Protection is not purchased, the standard cancellation policy applies.
